The 1st of 500's are engraved.

You can get initials on the face toe for the deep milled select and Cali lines. Just no stamps.

Re: scotty custom shop

The one pictured is not a stamp but is in fact an engraving on the face that is put there during the milling process. Scotty's shop has said they will stamp initials on the toe of the face but will not put stamps such as the clover, horeshoe, junkyard dog, etc. due to the deep milling. They were not happy with the inconsistent results.

Re: scotty custom shop

That particular putter is a 1st of 500 and was set up for toe engraving as part of the production run. That being said, in the custom shop there are limits to a case by base basis...toe stamping is ok but on deep milling the stamp does not look right IMHO. Also, I would steer away from any stamping on the face of a deep milled putter...however feel free to stamp bumpers on rear of putter, etc...!

Hope that helps, Chris

Re: scotty custom shop

The face toe is probably allowed on this deep milled putter because it's a 1/500.
