New Tour Bag Issue

    I received the New Tour Bag as a gift for Christmas and I am slightly disappointed, as I was putting my titleist clubs into the new bag which replaced a swoosh Bag I noticed the stitching next to the large pocket was loose all the way down causing a large hole into the pocket. I took the bag to my local shop where I have purchased most of my equipment from and they said since it was not purchased there they could not return it, I find this odd since I was not asking for a refund. They advised me it needed to be returned to the place it was purchased which happens to be out of state, so this would mean I have to pay to ship it hoping that store will exchange it and pay to have it shipped back which being the large staff bag would cost a lot.

    depending on where you are located, The PGA Tour Superstore they will ship it back to to Titleist who will most likely replace the bag. I had this happen with another Titleist bag and they handled it very easily.
