Anyone have the sleeve come off the shaft. Mine has come off 4 times since April. What type/brand of expoxy will keep it on?

I just used shaft epoxy that you can get at any Golfsmith or Golf Galaxy.

This should not happen. I would suggest that you get your local Titleist Dealer to send your driver back to Titleist and have it repaired properly.

Hi Kurt, Please have your local shop contact our Warranty department. The sleeve should not have come off at all. As long as this is a shaft that we have put together with that adaptor, we will either repair or replace it.
