My long zipper on my staff bag broke. Can it be fixed?

This doesnt sound like a big deal, outside of the inconvenience. If you take the bag to a luggage repair shop in your area they should easily be able to place a new black zipper on it...

If your bag is less than a year old, it would be covered under Warranty and replaced. Just take it to your local pro shop and have them set up a Warranty replacement. They no longer do zipper repairs so as Chris said, if it is not under Warranty, a luggage repair place may be the best place to get it repaired.

Hi..our zip broke too but we bought it through website golfbuyitonline back in october or november 2012 but didn't received back till end of january..so our bag is still in warranty or not anymore..would it count a year from october or january when we received it..sorry we didn't buy it from yourselves but 3rd party..Thanks
