My clubs are a bit battle weary and could use a touchup. They (used to) have a white scoring line across the bottom groove of the club face but it's now worn and faded. If I could find a file small enough to fit that groove, could I clear out the old paint and put in a fresh new stripe? Is there any particular type of paint used for this purpose? Your thoughts and comments will be appreciated.
Acetone nail polish remover or paint thinner to remove the old paint. Try to keep in only on the face of the club. Go to your local hobby shop and buy Tamiya paint. It's also not a bad idea to buy an applicator. Something with the needle tip. Have fun!
