Here is a picture overlooking the 17th green at RI CC the host of the RI State Mid Am in which I participated. I finished up t24 out of ~132 players. The day one cut was 81 and I just squeaked in w an 80 after a sloppy start of back to back double bogies and played a bit better in day 2 with a 75.  I am not sure how many of you play tournament type golf, but there is a bit more pressure to make the straight drive or sink the 3' on a consistent basis.  I could feel the pressure right out of the gate and can't imagine playing for "Big Money" as the tour players do.

The one thing I do have in common with some of the tour players is that I play with the same equipment they do and I know I can trust the ball and clubs to perform at the high test levels, which then places the onus squarely on my shoulders. Having the best equipment in the game provides me with the best advantage to keep pace with some of the best players in the state. One of my closest friends made it to the US AM this year and his game is one of the best I have seen in person and I can only hope to continue my improvement and become a better player, similar to his level.  Again, have a complete set of Titleist equipment provides me with the confidence to perform at the highest level I can achieve.

Thank you Titleist for producing the BEST in the game and allowing me to chase my dreams of becoming the best I can be.

    Brian
