    I am never dealt with a Company for anything that is a responsive as Titleist. In April had issues with ordering clubs from Pro Shop....called Titleist and they got involved and resolved the very same day... Once clubs arrived had questions with the custom fitting...again Titleist got involved and resolved with me the same day...Even though it was my issue they offered a to refit me for nothing.... Sent irons back for what I thought was a defect...turns out again my issue but Titleist resolved at their cost just because ... If I was not sold on Titleist before I certainly am now. Thanks to Cathi for all of her great work !

    Thankfully I have yet to have any issues with ant Titleist equipment that I have purchased but I'm confident IF that day presents itself Titleist will have my back .

    I have owned Titleist equipment for many years.  Replaced and upgraded them as well.  My clubs have been custom fit and they have never once been anything but cooperative and dedicated to my needs. 

     

    Anyone who says otherwise should check their supplier.

    Titleist is a fantastic company. I just had a foot plate fall off my stand bag that is several years old. I emailed Titleist and they had two new replacement parts in at my door in a week. They're the best equipment and back it up with excellent service.

    You can't beat the customer service you will get with Titleist.  I can remember when I got my new AP1 irons last summer, the local rep stopped by my course and asked me how I liked them.  When I told him how nice they were, he went out to the range with me and gave me a few pointers to help me dial in distances.  Was a great day and I am sure glad I know my reps and that they will make sure the customer is happy and satisfied.

    I have only had the need to call upon customer service once and I agree Cathi is awesome quick courteous service. But what else can you expect from such a great company.
