Just added the Scotty Cameron Newport 2.5 4 months ago. The final piece to go with 915 woods, 714 AP2's, and vokey wedges.

Then my whole bag was stolen from my car on new years morning!! I'm so upset. This was my year to break 80 (haha, ok, i've been saying that for at least the last 5 years)

I feel like my dog died. Not sure when I'll be back on TeamTitleist, but I darn sure ain't switching to another team.

Hope everyone else is off to a better start in 2017!

That sucks! Getting them stolen is always my biggest fear. Sounds like a homeowners policy insurance claim to me..

I know the feeling I had my whole bag and Ap2 driver putter and everything stolen I ended up buying one by one to have a set again
  4. I had a bag stolen right out of my garage last year, it's a horrible feeling...sorry it happened to you. Hope you get a new set soon!

That's terrible! Sadly I have been there as well.
Hopefully they all will be replaced soon and that 80 brekaing round will be your redemption.

Peter - it may take a while to rebuild a set to the same level, but you can always start off with 910s/712s for a reasonably low price. And use Titleist balls. Staying active on the site is the commitment, not having a new bag of the latest clubs. If I had to go back to my Cobra S2 irons and SQ Sumo driver just to get on course, I would. Of course, I might get fined for the noise of the driver.

Peter, sorry to hear that! Hopefully you had them insured or can turn them in on your insurance! I took a rider out on my policy in case this very thing happened. I've been lucky so far but hope your year gets much better! Best of luck!!!

That stinks. I hope homeowners covered it even though it was in your vehicle, although I'm guessing the deductible was close to the value of the lost gear?

Thanks for the well wishes. I'm working through the insurance company and will surely be whacking balls again soon (even if that means bagging the old DCI 990's!) Man, that was such a bad way to start the year!
