All sales of custom products are final and may not be returned. If you purchased a customized product online and you would like to talk to our Titleist experts about any inaccuracies, defects, or if it was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at (800) 333-4200 Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Golf Gear purchase(s) on Titleist.com, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund unused, unaltered Golf Gear merchandise with all of the labels and tags attached within 30 days of original purchase date. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
