Mr. Christopher Latino

We had just finished completing our first round of our NCGA Assosciate Club Championship at Ancil Hoffman Golf Course (Sacramento, Ca) White Tees CR/Slope 68.8/120. A few of us felt like we could have done so much better, so five of us went out and played another round on our own. When we got to #9, the 161 yd blue flagged par 3 someone said the wind wasn't blowing as much this round. I remember I had to hit a choked down 7 iron last round, so this time I said, I'm gonna step on my 8. I tee'd off first and hit an absolute laser right at the pin. I knew it was gonna be close, but unsure if I would get back far enough. The ball hit, bounced, landed next to the left side of the pin, and then disappeared into the hole. I was in shock and couldn't believe it so I looked to my playing partners to see if they saw it. They started screaming, running toward me and jumping up and down! I high fived everybody but still didn't believe it. I was afraid it was hiding behind the flag stick. When we finally drove up to the green, sure enough it was in the cup. I took a cellphone video of me grabbing it out of the hole. I even got a few cheers from a group of people who were on the putting green by the clubhouse. Getting a hole in one is an undiscribable feeling. It took a few holes before my adrenaline started to wear off. So glad we played that second round.
