3/23/2017 at Hampton Golf Village outside of Atlanta in our Thursday "Best Ball" league. Hole #8 was playing 160 yards from the white tees. Using my 7 iron and a Titleist PRO V1 I hit a high shot with a slight draw which landed on the green but went out of sight as the hole could not be seen from the tee box. We looked for the ball for a couple of minutes (thinking the ball rolled off the back of the green) when a home owner yelled down to us that it was in the hole. It was great feeling to finally get a hole-in-one but it would have been even better if I could have seen it go in. Maybe the next time!!
