Titleist Brand Ambassador Ben Crane teed off Thursday morning at Torrey Pines as the defending champion of this week's Farmers Insurance Open, following a busy few days of tournament appearances, media requests and practice sessions at both Torrey Pines and Titleist's Oceanside Test Facility.

On Tuesday afternoon, Crane also hosted the Pro Kids/First Tee of San Diego Junior Golf Clinic on the fourth tee of Torrey Pines' North Course, where he hung out for over an hour with about 120 children from the Boys and Girls Club, YMCA and Pro Kids Golf Academy, sharing valuable lessons he has learned both on and off the course.

Crane called it a "humbling and enriching" experience.

Pro Kids was founded in 1994 and partnered the same year with the City of San Diego and the San Diego Unified School District to use Colina Park Golf Course as an outdoor classroom to teach life-skills and golf to inner-city youth. In 1997, Pro Kids was used as a model for The First Tee and became The First Tee of San Diego.

Check out the video below to watch some scenes from the end of Tuesday's clinic.

PGA Show: Ask Michael Breed a Question

Team Titleist is headed to Orlando, Fla., this week for the 2011 PGA Merchandise Show, and we are especially excited about the opportunity to spend some time with Titleist Advisory Staff Member Michael Breed – the Head PGA Professional at Sunningdale Country Club in Scarsdale, N.Y., host of Golf Channel's popular golf instructional show, "The Golf Fix," and one of golf's leading instructors.

Michael, a longtime Titleist Advisory Staff member who has been instrumental in Titleist's Golf Ball Education, Selection and Fitting initiative, traveled to China recently to share his ideas and teaching philosophy with 60 of the country's top golf instructors and coaches at the first-ever Titleist Golf Coaches Forum in China.

On Friday, he will take some time out from his busy schedule at the PGA Merchandise Show to answer questions submitted exclusively from members of Team Titleist.

Michael will be selecting his favorite questions to answer, so reply to this post with your best question and check back later this weekend to see if yours was picked. Thanks!

Team Titleist caught up with Pro V1x loyalist Hunter Mahan Monday afternoon at the Oceanside (Calif.) Test Facility, where Hunter put in some work prior to this week's Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines.

Hunter also took some time to answer a few questions submitted from Team Titleist members on the discussion boards and offer his thoughts on the New Pro V1x golf ball, which he has put into play.

Check out Hunter's answers in the videos below:

John L. asks: My question is about ball selection. A lot of the discussion on this Web site is about amateurs choosing the right golf ball for their games. Maybe some advice from a pro such as yourself will better help us with this understanding.

Deno asks: What is the significance of the marking on your ball. Is it an inverted V or a lucky symbol?

Ben M. asks: How did playing at such an elite college, Oklahoma State, help your game grow and become really strong? Also, how would you go about getting yourself noticed by colleges for golf?

Todd L. asks: Can you tell us how the New Pro V1x plays for you compared to the last Pro V1x version?
