The #1 ball at the U.S. Junior Amateur Championship and U.S. Girls' Junior Championship

The highest honors in United States junior golf are at stake this week as the top amateurs age 18 and under have assembled in Tennessee and New Jersey, all hoping to make their dreams come true at the 2016 U.S. Junior Amateur Championship and the U.S. Girls’ Junior Championship.

And as these skilled junior golfers compete for these prestigious titles, Titleist is once again overwhelming golf ball of choice at both events.

At the U.S. Junior Amateur Championship, held at The Honors Course in Ooltewah, Tennessee, 116 players in the field of 156 are putting their trust in a Pro V1 or Pro V1x golf ball, more than five times the nearest competitor with 22 and more than all competitors combined.

Titleist also leads the field in fairway metals (66), hybrids (52), and iron sets (71) with Vokey Design wedges leading the way in the approach, sand and lob wedges (245) category and Scotty Cameron putters (64) topping the putter category.

It 's a similar story at The Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus, N.J., where 131 out of 156 players at the 2016 U.S. Girls' Junior Championship are relying on a Pro V1 or Pro V1x golf ball for their success, more than 16 times the nearest competitor with 8 and more than all competitors combined.

Titleist is also tied as the most trusted hybrid (66) among players and Titleist Vokey Design wedges lead the field in the approach, sand and lob wedge (209) category. Scotty Cameron putters (68) are the top choice in the putter category.

Congratulations and good luck to all the players as the final matches conclude this weekend!
