Kang, Pollard and Fichardt Lead 3-Win Week for Titleist Players

The winning momentum continued around the globe for Titleist this week, as Titleist Brand Ambassadors and golf ball loyalists added three more victories to the Titleist worldwide tour win count.

Titleist golf ball players have now recorded 40 victories across the worldwide professional tours, more than five times the nearest competitor with 7.

To date this season, the game's finest players have relied on a Titleist Pro V1 or Pro V1x golf ball 5,661 times, more than seven times the nearest competitor with 778 and more than all competitors combined.

At the PGA Tour China season opener, Titleist Brand Ambassador Jeffrey Kang (Pro V1x) captured the Chengdu Championship, closing with an 8-under-par 64 en route to a come-from-behind 20-under 268 victory total.

It marks the first career victory for Kang, who started the final round three shots behind the overnight leader and finished five shots clear of his three closest competitors.

Runners-up included fellow Titleist Brand Ambassador Callum Tarren (Pro V1) and Titleist golf ball loyalists William Harrold (Pro V1) and Sejun Yoon (Pro V1x).

 In fact, Kang topped a leaderboard that featured 13 Titleist golf ball loyalists among the 14 who finished in the top 10 and ties.

Titleist was the top golf ball choice at the Chengdu Championship with more than 4 of every 5 players (106) trusting a Titleist Pro V1 or Pro V1x, nearly nine times the nearest competitor with 12.

Titleist golf ball loyalist Ben Polland (Pro V1x) captured the Guatemala Stella Artois Open for his first career PGA Tour Latinoamerica title.

 Polland closed with a 2-under-par 70 en route to a 20-under-par 268 victory total, finishing four shots clear of Titleist golf ball loyalists Matt Gilchrest and Skyler Finnell, both of whom relied upon the Pro V1 for their success.

Titleist was the overwhelming golf ball of choice at the season-opening Guatemala Stella Artois Open with 95 players trusting a Pro V1 or Pro V1x golf ball, five times the nearest competitor with 19 and more than all competitors combined.

Titleist golf ball loyalist Darren Fichardt (Pro V1x) carded a final round 3-under-par 69 to clinch the Sunshine Tour’s season-ending Tour Championship by one shot over fellow Titleist golf ball loyalist Oliver Bekker (Pro V1).

Titleist Brand Ambassador Justin Harding (Pro V1) finished T3, another shot back, while Jbe Kruger (Pro V1) claimed solo fifth at 14-under-par, as four of the top five finishers all relied upon Titleist golf balls for their success.

 Titleist was the most relied upon golf ball in the select field of 42 with 79% of players trusting a Pro V1 or Pro V1x, more than four times the nearest competitor with 19%.
