I am not sure if this would be what your looking for, but they do make training grips that have molds to show you what your grip should be like. Maybe try and regrip your clubs with these? I imagine the molded areas would help with keeping a better grip…

This is the best weekend of the year for my golf watching and my wife knows that. But having a 2 year old and a 7 month old is complicating things a little this weekend, so we'll see how it goes. Lucky for me, my 2 year old likes to watch golf.
