FJ Customer Service - Excellent!

    I wanted to take the time out to thank the customer service team at FootJoy. I had a pair of teaching professional FJ's that had become worn on the sole & were leaking thru the heel. Sorry to say, while walking from the practice area with dew on the ground to the club house, it became a soggy experience to say the least. I took a chance and sent the pair back to FJ, since they were under the 2-year waterproof warranty. Low & behold, less than 10 days later, I received a brand new pair in the mail. Needless to say, FJ goes well above & beyond with their customer service. I will never wear any other pair of teaching professional shoes nor golf shoes other than FJ. Not to mention, they are very comfortable and can be easily worn the entire day in & out of the club house with no problem. FJ ... keep up the great work! You have a long-time customer. I will send this to their site as well.

    All of the Acushnet's Customer Service teams at TOP NOTCH! There is NO doubt that their #1 goal is to keep all customers completely satisfied.

    No one better in the game than Titleist and FootJoy!
