  1. Does anyone know if these hats are "deep" fitting or not?

"Players Deep Back" would probably be your best bet, which is a fitted hat.
  3. Yes I've got one of those but I wanted to know about these particular hats. Are they the same as the shallow fitting ones they've sold forever?

How big is your head? What size of a fitted hat do you wear?

Rob, Titleist makes a number of different styles that fit differently. They make all sizes in the deep fit and in the mesh snap back one size fits all. It is a matter of choices sometimes, not sizes! With respect to Cy S' question.
  6. That couldn't be farther from the truth. Why else would they have made a "Deep Back" hat you referenced in your first response if they were all deep fit to begin with? As far as Rob talking about head size (circumference), this is irrelevant because I'm talking depth not girth. Don't want to sound like I'm getting excited here but i didn't think it'd be this hard to figure out guys. Different people have different height crowns therefore some "shallower" fitting hats don't fully "seat" or sit low enough down on a persons head. The hats that were available in stores forever that were sized S/M, M/L, L/XL definitely are not deep fitting because I've tried them on many a time year after in hopes that they'd make them with a deeper profile but they never did. I'll take my chances and order then return if it doesn't fit right

I do understand because I have a problem finding hats that fit and order the deep backs or the tour elite and the tour elite fit the best for me. Those two styles are the deeper fits. By talking to the Titleist rep I finally found the style that I was seeking and have a local Titleist account order them for me thru him. Once they arrive I always make sure they fit. Any fitted apparel product made on an assembly line, can fit differently even if it is the same size. I'm sure you have experienced that also. I am a bigger than average guy and finding correct sizes can be an issue at times. I do not have a problem with FJ products. It has taken me a while to find the right Titleist hat.
  8. every titleist hat i have which is like 6 of them all fit different. I refuse to order a hat online no matter how much i like it.

Yes, it is. It fits me like some of my Patagonia hats. Can't stand hats that sit on top of my head.

They are not. Looks like this discussion went in circles. Bottom line: order one and return it if not the correct fit OR find one in a shop or store where you can try it on. Caps, gloves, clubs, shoes - it’s always best to try them first before purchasing, whenever possible.
  11. Yes, I have found it to be a deeper hat.
