During a recent round, my golf partner told me that Titleist Pro V1's are graded, and the highest grades are sold in pro shops, and the lower grades are sent to sporting goods stores like Dick's and Sports Authority.  Does anyone know if this is true?

    Hi Kelsey,

This is definitely not true. All Titleist golf balls are made by Titleist employees at Titleist facilities and made to the highest quality standards. Check out this video to see the difference between a golf ball and the #1 ball in golf...

Do you have any info on what Titleist golf balls are Made in the USA? I thought the ProVs were, but my recent purchase showed Thailand. My NXT TourS though show Made in the USA.

Are there any plans to move all golf ball manufacturing back to the USA?

thanks for all that you do.

I never get tired of this video Mike. It's good to know that there are golf balls and then there are Titleist. Whenever our foursome finds golf balls we always keep the Titleist and throw back the others for someone else to find. Its like throwing back a home run ball if it's not hit by the home team.

I've never had a bad Titleist golf ball, so I'd say they are all the highest grade.
