I now play a 910D2 10.5 set at 12 Degree loft. Will the 910D2 12 Degree Driver play differently?

no it should not. The only thing is if you needed to with the 12 degree drives you could go up higher in degrees. But if 12 is all you need I say stick with your 10.5
