AP2 714 graphite and/or steel

    If I were to buy a set of AP2 714 irons with graphite shafts (stock), then later decide to change out to steel, will the heads from the graphite be the same weight so the swing weight is up to spec with steel shafts. Or, to ask another way, is there a difference in the weight of the heads when the AP2 is on graphite vs. steel?

    If there is a difference, what is it?

    Lastly, if there is a difference, could you list out the head weight for AP2 for graphite vs steel (stock default shaft length).

    Hello Tom,  We use the same heads for steel or graphite.  The graphite shafts are low balanced so they build at D1 and the steel builds at D2.  There is no difference in length of graphite vs steel.
