In short my since adding two 816 H1 hybrids and 3 SM6 wedges and a X7M Scotty Cameron to my bag in may, my handicap went from 23.8 to 18.8 as of the July 1st revision.
I'm playing some of my best golf ever, including a personal best 40 for 9 holes last week and an 86 that was my lowest round in probably 4 years.
While I am playing and practicing a bit more, I give the biggest credit to these clubs. The wedges are the most versatile and forgiving wedges I've played in years.
The X7M has basically eliminated the three putt and sank more 10 to 15 footers than I ever have.
But the best are the H1's I'm so confident over every shot from 165 to 185 yards now it's scary,. I have chances for greens i never would have previously.
I was so frustrated with my play earlier this spring, I didn't know what to do. But now i can't wait to get out on the course every single time.
Most of all I have a big Regional Team Match Play coming up next weekend. The good news is I'm very confident, the bad news is I'm going to get less strokes than I would have previously...HA
But somehow I don't think I'll need them. I plan on winning a lot of holes straight up!
Sorry for the long post, but it's hard to contain my enthusiasm.
