915 driver rattling noise

    Hi ive got a rattling noise from inside my 915 driver but its something with a bit of weight in it thats loose in the head , feels like a weight of something in it , it is something that cant be ignored because it moves at the top of the backswing any help would be great .

    Hi Michael Please take your driver to your local pro and have him/her set up a Warranty inspection. We will have to bring it in to inspect it. As most 915's are still under Warranty, please do it as soon as possible if you can.

    Hi Cathy ive took it to the store where i bought it earlier today and they said it looks like a fault where a piece of the sole plate has cone loose but they said the warranty is only 12 months so i would have to pay for a new head , is this the case ??

    Hi Michael, I did not realize that you were in the UK. I have written to our UK team to contact their Warranty department to see if they can assist you.

    Hi cathi , the faulty driver has been sent back to Titleist uk but the shop told me because its over 12 months old i would be charged for a replacement head , could you check if this is the case , many thanks Mike

    Hi Michael, I spoke to our Acushnet UK office and they were going to look into it. Your shop is correct in that our written warranty is 1 year. It may be that the UK no longer has the components to replace it. Once they receive the head, they should contact your shop with the available options.
