I just got an 818 H1 with the second weight (neutral with the draw/fade in the head). As a routine, the tool only ships with the drivers. It is the same tool for all Sure-Fit heads, so you shouldn't need a new tool. You can start with your dealer about the weight. Just check on the weight in the head to ask for the correct weight.

Tool only comes with the driver. You should have received an extra weight and booklet with your hybrid.

Not sure about the fairway.

Hi, All new 917 and 818 metalwoods come with a weight in the head and weight in an accompanying pouch/bag. If you are purchasing it "off the shelf", the driver comes with a wrench, booklet and red draw/fade weight in a pouch. The matching neutral red weight should be in the head. The fairway and hybrid will come with the red neutral weight in the head and a red draw/fade weight in a bag. If your shop has ordered the fairway or hybrid custom, they can request a wrench to be sent with the club (if you do not already have a wrench).
If you purchased the hybrid new through an authorized pro shop, contact them to get the draw/fade weight.
