  1. I'm a 7 handicap right now and I'm looking to upgrade my irons from  Diablos. I've improved a lot since I started with those irons. I just shot even with them last week. I'm trying to figure out if I should go to the cb's or ap2's? What do you think I should do? I'm really looking for something that will give me more distance and feel pure off the face. I like how cb's feel but I'm not sure if I will get it out on the course and won't be able to get that feel consistently. I want these to last me through high school.

    Steven,

The 712 AP2 will certainly be more forgiving then the CBs, but will also give you the option to work the ball (a little less then the CB).  Since the 712 AP2 are more forgiving, it may act as a smoother transition from the Diablos.  Working with a Club Fitter with both iron heads will give you a good idea of what you will be more consistent with and benefit from in the long run.

To all:  I cannot attest to the AP2's but the CB's with the NS Pro shafts are the absolute best irons I have ever hit. I have had them about three weeks. I would recommend them to any low handicap player.
