What are your favorite grips and why? How do professional caddies keep them clean and tacky during a round of golf? What sizes to you favor, .580 or .600? Mine are .580 cores, sometimes with a reminder in all clubs but my highest lofted wedge. Golf Pride Multi Material Compound (MMC) Royal Sand Wrap Golf Pride 360 Special wraps: the Toney Penna, 1 wrap in top hand, 2 more wraps in bottom 5" of grip, the latter to reduce the action of the right hand.

My favorites are simply the Golf Pride Tour Velvet; great feel and comfort as well as durability.  I've tried the multi-compounds but they don't seem to have the life that I want.

I also like the Tour Velvet.  And I've also used the multi-compounds.  I like the MCs, but like you said, they don't last quite as long.

Agree completely. I had the MC's but they wore out on me midway through the summer. I replaced them witht the Tour Velvets and have been very impressed with durability and feel.

For me it's the New Decade Multi Compound. I agree with some of the other posters that these tend to wear out more quickly than some other grips, but I think you can't match the combination of the rubber and cord.

Golf Pride Tour Wrap 2G in black .600 core standard size. Nice and tacky like leather grips used to feel. They're round also, as I never liked grips with a rib because when I would open or close the club you would feel the rib. Been playing with these since they came out. When wet, give 'em a wipe with your towel and they're good to go.I Clean them once a month with Lamkin grip wipes. They're excellent. I get them at Dick's, but Golfworks carries them too and I'm sure other golf retailers have them.

My favorite are the Golf Pride Tour Wrap 2G. They become very tacky when you get them a little wet. The best part is when you wear them out they still grip nicely and do not become slick. Mine are still nice and easy to grip even though I've had them for 16 months and I play over 100 rounds per year plus range balls.

I recently put the golf pride new decade grips on (black/grey), and I can't say that I like them as much as the Lamkin crossline grip I had on it before. Maybe I need to try out the GP tour velvet, though.

I've started to use the new Golf Pride Super-Tack. They are fantastic. Really sticky when new and they seem to last longer than the Tour Velvet. I was changing the Tour Velvet every 6 weeks or so, now I'm 10 weeks into the Super Tacks and they still feel great.

I switched from Tour Velvet to Lamkin R.E.L. ACE, 3 Gen last year and still have those on my clubs other than my driver and putter.  I recently ordered a full new set as replacements and plan to put them on in Oct.  Not that there is anything really wrong with the current grips, but it's time.  I also ordered the new Lamkin oversize Technique Putter Grip for my Scotty Studio Select Fastback 1.

Golf Pride Tour Wrap Jumbo for me.  Very small hands and I like the Jumbos for the extra surface area.  I carry a pack of Handi Wipes and use them during a game to keep the grips super tacky.  All grips replaced on New Years day, a tradition.

Quoting myself here, but I put the GP new decade RWB grips on my fairway woods today and.. let's just say I'm about to put them on my irons. They were perfect.

I've dealt with elbow issues for many years that included surgery. I switched to the Winn DriTac midsized grips and love them for their grip and cushioning. They are certainly NOT as durable as many other grips on the market and also a little pricier. However, since I learned how to change grips, it's not an issue. When they start to look a little worn, I simply replace it. That said, I get around a year on them with moderate use. Steve

The CP2 Wrap--have them on 2 sets of irons and they have the right combination of soft feel and tackiness.  I clean them with some mild dishwashing detergent every couple of months, and they remain soft.
