  1. After hacking to an 89 last Sunday I have had an interesting week. A pair of 78’s were part of a week that included a triple bogey to start men’s league on Wednesday where I eventually shot 5 over. Yesterday, at Grey Silo, I was again solid with my Scotty Cameron and Crown and had only 29 putts. Today, I had only 26 putts, 5 birdies and except for a ill timed double bogey on 17, I would have been even par for the first time ever on this course. The greens have gotten quicker the last couple weeks with the cooler temperatures and very little rain. I feel as though I am putting better than I ever have. My iron approach shots with my AP3s have been as good as ever. I don’t want the season to end.

Well done !!! I too am sad to think the season is coming to an end. I am very envious of your putting. Recently I have been suffering with a lip syndrome. Way to many of my putts come really close and lip out leaving me with a par or a bogey instead of a birdie or a par :(
I know this is just a temporary glitch, but it still stings !
  4. Hi Darius, I find if I am just missing putts them my speed is off. Yesterday was one of those days, shot 81 with 34 putts, 3 three putts. The greens firmed up yesterday with the cooler temperatures, and I just could not get the feel. To be fair, I hit the front of the green on two holes, and instead of the ball releasing, I was left with 60+ feet for birdie.
