Hi Denny. I too have played the DG x100 for many years and love the characteristics (but I just switched this year to the DG AMT x100 and have been equally as happy). I have always used the DG x100 Tour Issue, and my understanding is that the only real difference in the regular and tour issue are the tolerances are tighter on the tour issue. They go through the shafts and put together a matched set with a weight tolerance of +/- 0.5 grams throughout the set.

I've read that they are the same shaft, from the same production line, but the tour issue are are the "perfect" shafts, which are then matched into sets based on weight so that you're getting the most consistent feel possible from an X100 across the whole set of clubs.
