Hi, I am wondering do I need to change the lie angles on my hybrids to match my irons? I currently play my irons 1* upright. I am currently getting a slight fade with my hybrids.

No, but you can adjust the lie angle one step right (if RH) on the chart or increase the loft one step up to close the face a little more to adjust for the fade.

Not to match the lie on your irons, but you can increase lie (one step to right for RH) or increase loft (one step up) to close the face to move towards a neutral or slight draw flight.
