I recently got fitted for a driver and 3 wood and ended up with a TS2 with the Even Flow White X-stiff shaft 44.5”. I was nervous getting an x-stiff but figured the fitting knows better than me. Know I’ve had it for 3 months and have a constant miss right. Of course all people I play with say well you should be playing x-stiff shaft. It does feel like a broomstick to me and I really have to catch it perfect to go straight. It also is set to the D4 setting. My question is, is there such a thing as going back after you get the club to make sure it’s set up the way they wanted it? I know if I want to change shafts (probably to the smoke) I will have to fork out more money for both clubs but thinking maybe I can play with the hosel settings? Any advice?

My thought is if the club isn't right, you should go back to the fitter and test it again. I would think the fitter would want to get it right for you simply based on integrity. And I don't think you should be charged for a change in shaft it depending on how long you have had the club. Just my opinion. Good luck

Is that the only club you leave out the right? Have you gone to a PGA pro to see if maybe it's a set up issue? Just trying to offer some suggestions based on your statements.

To Jerry's comment above, most places are pretty accommodating about getting you fit, Titleist included. They want you to be happy as well. If you contact customer service, they may be able to help you out, even if it's to find another fitter in your area.

FWIW, when I was fit for my TS3 (driver) while the numbers weren't that appreciably with the Evenflow vs the Smoke, the Evenflow just didn't feel right to me.

Hey Keith, my driver and 3 wood are the only clubs I consistently leave way out to the right. Thanks so much for the comments and advice! I really appreciate it. I got fit at my local club and the pro that did the fitting is no longer there but I have been talking to them about it so they will let me come back and check it out on trackman again and compare to other shafts etc. we will see what happens. I wish I would have asked for a copy of all my numbers from my fitting so I could have to data to go off of but when he did the fitting I don’t think he saved any of it. Oh well you live and learn. I also should have requested that I have a follow up fitting after I got the clubs to make sure they are working as they should. Thanks again for your help!!
