  1. Is it possible to buy pro v balls in bulk direct from titleist at wholesale price?

No, for a couple of reasons. Titleist only sells through authorized dealers and not individuals. As a pro shop, you'd appreciate that. The other is even large retailers are required to sell at a minimum price and not offer additional incentives. There is often a March Loyalty deal to purchase 4 dozen for the price of 3 through your local dealer. That's the best deal for a bulk purchase.

Don suggestion on the 4 for 3 is probably your best bet and I believe you can get free personalization with that also. If you go online there probably would be no shipping.

Actually, the answer is yes! Sorry Don. If you are in the Specialty Advertising business and depending on the amount you buy in dozens within their price points/dozens, that will dictate your price. I believe it is the same for all dealers and retailers. The more you but, the less expensive they are but the old axiom of "Well, if that's the case, fill up my truck until they don't cost me anything", does not work here. You are priced as per the amount you order within Titleist's price breaks/point per dozen. Sometimes you can get a deal on over runs or misprints, but this rarely happens as "Sign Offs" are required, but usually the real deals are where the previous year's ball is outdated now and that's when someone like GolfTown or the big Retailers buy "lots of pallets along with other out dated balls" and then offer them to the public at a discounted price compared to the most recent ball.

In answering to how the question was posed, the average person can't buy "a bucket" or 12 dozen direct. They can now go through Shop My Titleist, but not with a volume discount. Doubtful your marketing company would post this question on TT - most assuredly you would contact Titleist directly and "their person would talk to your person" if you had a large purchase in mind.

I still have to go through a dealer at the price the dealer quotes me even for the 4-4-3 sale. I could, however, buy balls direct from srix or bstn and they do offer discounts that can undercut the local dealers. I can also buy clubs direct from several OEMs not named Titleist. Titleist does support their dealer network better than most.

I've purchased the 4 for 3 with free personalization the last 3 years. Every year I switch it up a little bit and keep a sleeve as a keepsake.

when I worked at a fortune 500 company a guy in the marketing department would order hundreds of boxes of ProV1s with the company logo on them......they always looked sharp and he had many friends in the corporate office!

I've been asking about this for years, but the answer was always, "No."
Perhaps the great people at Titleist will change their minds, but I won't hold my breath.
A great way to offer this would be to send them without packaging and just send them by the gross.
A dozen/dozen or sent in plain bags.
    The more the better.
Can never get enough Titleist balls!!
  11. You can buy bulk "Black Dot" ProV1's from Dealers. I believe Carl's has 24 dozen for $429. Yes, it has a big black dot on the ball, but at $17.87 a dozen it may not seem that bad.
  12. Hi is there information on the dealers I can get these “Black Dot” ProV1 from please

Sorry. This post is six years old and not sure they even still make a "black dot" range version anymore. I also do not see your location listed under your name which is important as the balls and availability varies across different parts of the world. Your best bet for an answer is to seek out a local pro shop/retailer that carries Titleist equipment and ask them.
  14. Could probably get some second hand! i would recommend just getting some of the new ones on their current deal!

I sent out a feeler to Titleist chat line on this date:

    April 22, 2023 at 11:19 AM
It has been listed for a rather long time but the availability has been very limited. I sent out a feeler to Titleist chat line and this was their response to your question.

QUOTE MATTHEW J, TITLEIST CHAT LINE: "We haven't heard if or when it would ever come back, it might have just been for that limited time I'm sorry I don't have any more information for you that's the answer I get when I ask for myself as well."
