  1. I just received a 910D2 driver purchased from a seller in WRX-BST section. However, one thing that I'm unsure is the different information I got about the club head's screw. The advertisment video online says the screw will not fall out of the 910D2 head to prevent loss during adjustments. However, the club head I receive today won't hold the screw in place - the screw falls out if I flip the head upside-down after removed the shaft. I did the magnet and observation test and it doesn't seem like a fake head. Could someone please verify this with your 910D driver? I appreciate your help.
Also, the hex insert of the screw is almost rounded already. I wonder if Titleist can send me a replacement screw with its washer? Thanks

It sounds like you are missing a rubber o ring. The screw would fall out if the O ring is not holding it in. There is no hex shaped insert on the screw or washer. If someone tried to replace the original Titanium screw with a store bought screw and washer, it will not hold the shaft in place (for long) and may damage the surefit hosel on the shaft. Please call us with your serial number - 1-888-TITLEIST.
