I have the 15 degree wood and the 21 degree 3 iron. Can&amp;#39;t get a straight answer on what is best and what is the difference(price not the issue) and don&amp;#39;t say club headen-USTelligent Community 10https://www.titleist.com/teamtitleist/thread/105395?ContentTypeID=1Mon, 20 Jan 2014 18:26:08 GMT9ab519fc-5311-4952-85cd-0a0ceffb73fb:67a4281b-e3a9-4e88-b8cd-93b0e29354afDon O<p>You should try them both out.&nbsp; They call them fairway woods for a reason, hybrids are also called rescue clubs.&nbsp; If you&#39;re looking for a long option out of the rough, the hybrid tends to be better.&nbsp; The fairway tends to be a little longer on distance, but part of that is the longer shaft.&nbsp; Based on the courses you play, you&#39;ll decide on which use will predominate in your game.&nbsp; I&#39;d like to say the hybrid will have more backspin, but after watching Zack Johnson have 5W check up on a green - that may be my personal observation.</p> <p>Personnal preference plays a huge factor.&nbsp; Some can&#39;t hit a hybrid and vice-versa.&nbsp; In my case, a 24 hybrid and a 21 degree fairway complement each other.&nbsp; But I can&#39;t hit a 19 hybrid as far as the 24 hybrid.&nbsp; It might be mental, or feel of the head (hybrids feel more massive) makes a difference.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
