Thanks, I had the irons custom fit for me, and went with Titleist over other brands because of the life-time warranty and customer service. It is nice to know that you are willing to take care of your customers. That is why every club in my bag (and even my bag) are Titleist.

Hi Bill:

Rusting inside of a shaft is normal. Moisture can find its way under the grip and inside the shaft where the metal is least protected from exposure. These rust spots should not affect the performance of your irons but if you feel the damage is more severe than normal wear and tear, our Warranty & Repairs Department would be happy to inspect your clubs. They will check the integrity of the shafts and if the rusting issue is found to be from a manufacturer defect, the damaged shafts would be covered under our warranty replacement policy.

You may set up a Return Authorization with any local Titleist vendor to arrange for your clubs to be sent back for inspection. Or, if you would like to speak to someone directly about this issue, please contact us at 1 888 TITLEIST.
