  1. I got custom fit for some new 718 AP2 irons on March 4th. I was just wondering how long they normally take to come in. The guy that did the fitting said they normally only take 5-8 days for them to get the clubs in. Is there any chance they could be on backorder?

Usually here are two variables, either a shaft is on backorder or your dealer may not have put the order through in a timely manner. I would reach out to whomever you ordered through for an update.

In the continental US with all components in stock, orders are normally received in 7-12 business days depending on distance from Carlsbad, CA. Either a key part is on back order - and your shop can check, or Titleist didn't get the order right away.

A lot depends on when your order was actually received at Titleist and what your set-up is (shaft, length, lie angle, etc...). Given the amount of time that has passed, check where you ordered your clubs and see what information they can provide or at least get the order number and contact Titleist Customer Service.

You should have your retailer check the order status. They can do this very quickly online. Most of the clubs I have ordered take about 2 weeks to arrives, a week to build and a week to ship. Unless you ordered a very odd shaft, I would expect that you should have them by now.
  6. It seems to be 10-15 days here in Ireland and I'd imagine that carries to the other side of the pond. Maybe you should check it out.
