917F3 SureFit CG Weight Stuck And Wont Come Out?

    I'm trying to swap my 917F3 SureFit CG fade/draw weight but it only comes out about 3/4 of the way and then stops. I tried pulling a bit but stopped because I dont want to force it and have something bad happen.

    Any hints or suggestions? Anyone else have this problem? I mean it wont budge once it gets 3/4 the way out..... I baby my clubs and have never seen anything like this before.

    Hi Ryan, If the weight has still not come out and you can't push it back in, please take it to your local pro shop and have them contact the Warranty department. We have heard of the weight compressing when it is locked into place, but usually, it comes out after sitting without the cap on for a minute or so.

    I have the same problem with both my TS3 3 wood and now my TS3 driver. I’m such a huge fan of Titleist but this is starting to become problematic for me.

    I feel the design of the weight tube should have been full length, not partial length. It appears that because of this, the shock at impact (especially on a draw setting) forces the weight to bend in small increments until it’s impossible to remove the weight.

    I've got the same problem with my 917 d2 but the weight won't come out at all..
