Since orders are tracked through the distributor, not the individual, you should be able to lean back on them to get you a status. They can use the "Customer Service" "Order Status" link at the bottom of this page.

You can check with the retail site you ordered them through. The East Coast would be 9-12 business day from the day Titleist got the order. If any of the components are in short supply, Titleist will update the retail site if they check. If you ordered through a national retailer, often those orders go to their corporate office with a delay prior to being placed with Titleist. Otherwise, they could be delivered by Friday.
