  1. My driver swing speed average is 95 mph. I can swing it another 5 to 10 mph if I am swinging a lot and relatively fit. I’m tall with a steep swing but I’ve been as low as a 5 handicap before I broke my ankle two years ago. I’m hitting all my clubs well after 8 rounds in last 2 months , except my driver and 3w. I hit it straight and can shape my irons and hybrids. I have a TM R11S 9deg which I turn down to 7 Deb and still hit really high. I’m hitting a Nickent 15deg hybrid off the tee about 235 yds and it’s my most consistent club in the bag for anything above a 6 iron. I can flight it down off the tee or hit it high based on wind direction. It has an Attas3 6.0 shaft (yellow) which I believe has a torque of about 3.0. I’m blocking and slicing the driver about half the time primarily because I get quick from the top and just a loss of confidence in the club. I’m looking to purchase a driver to replace the R11 and I’m looking at shaft options that will give me the same feel as the hybrid. I believe I want something with a lower butt frequency which is slightly stiffer on tip but with a mid launch and low spin. I believe a torque much higher/lower than 3.0 to 3.4 will make the club feel stiff and maybe too stiff to feel like I can get the face square at impact. I’m looking at the TS3. I would like to get 260 to 270 off tee. What torque values should I be looking for to test and which shafts would likely give the best results.
