My TS2 Driver face

  1. I am concerned about the face of my TS2 driver. It seems to be not as durable or wearing rapidly. My old driver, I bought used from Golf Town. It was a 910 D2 and the face was in good condition. I used it for 1-1/2 years, including over the winter. Last fall I purchased a TS2 driver after my Titleist Thursday fitting. But within a few rounds, I noticed the face had been scratched with a ball ( I clean my balls religiously so no it wasn't sand) and since then I notice little nicks and scars from balls. I even get paint transfer sometimes from my Prov's. Every time I drive a ball you can see the impression of the ball on the face where I hit it. I look at other people's driver faces say on their TSi or 917 or 915 and the faces are pristine. yet mine seems to be wearing rapidly or something? And no I am not counting any crown marks. What I want to know is if the face coating on mine is too thin? Will it be worn down to the metal by end of summer?are all TS2 like this? And mostly what should I do about this?? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

Over two years on my TS3 driver, over 150 rounds and numerous range sessions. Have not worn through the metal yet.

Sometimes while playing balls get tiny pieces of grit embedded and if your contact is producing sidespin the club face can scratch or nick because of the grit.
I'm coming up on 3 years with my TS2, hundreds of rounds and range sessions and the face still looks great.

I had a ts2 for a long time and i hit a ton of balls, good balls, range balls, and trust me my local range is not putting anything solid in the buckets LOL, and the face on the driver has survived it all! Rest assured my friend, it will be fine and probably even perform better with time!
