Just wondering if Titleist will accept a defective bag back for warranty repair/replacement without going through an authorized golf shop. It's one of this year's bags, and the snap attach buckles have broken at the top of the bag.
It's not my bag, and the owner got it for playing in a golf tournament in Florida. He lives in another state, so returning to the place that provided it isn't realistic.
