make sure your profile is complete and you stay active on the forums. Most of us usually obtain get at special Team Titleist events so try to make one of those if you can!

Brian. TT gear such as hats were available for purchase occasionally this past year. The TT Staff sends out a notification with a link here on the forum site. Most other gear is either (1) awarded as part of occasional sweepstakes also posted here on the forum, (2) randomly and occasionally sent by staffers if they feel your posts are extremely relevant and helpful, (3) or part of a welcome package at Team Titleist events. Best stuff is part of the annual Team Titleist Invitational two-day event. Bag tags are a little different. Initially Titleist tried to send them out to every new member right after they signed up. Volume quickly became an issue as it was apparent there were a lot of "new TT members" who were not interested in participating in the forums and possibly not even users of Titleist balls or clubs but just people wanting a free bag tag. They have tried hard to get them out occasionally to the right folks, a job i wouldn't want to have. I understand that there is a cost to the company and there can't be an unlimited supply to manufacture, handle, and ship to thousands of people a year. My suggestion would be, stay a bit more active on the posts and watch for notifications and/or catch a TT outing in your area.
