I have an extra set of straps if you need them still as I just purchased a single bag strap.

Might be best to have the Titleist account where you purchased it, contact customer service first. If that does not work, then you should contact them.

I was able to get new straps for my bag by having my club order them from Titleist

Glad it worked out for you. I can see where the screws would pretty much be common for multiple years and models. They are assembled in Vietnam and that is the main reason why parts are not stocked and available regularly but as I said above, anyone can call customer service on any item and see what might be possible.

The screws that attach the legs of my stand bag came out on the course and we’re lost forever. So I reached out to Titleist, but was hesitant due to your posts specifically. Luckily, they were more than happy to send me a couple replacements.

There are several older posts on this topic. Basically, Titleist does not stock "parts" so they only have inventory for new bags. During the warranty period of a current model bag they will repair or replace. They ask the retailer/distributor to mail them back so their QA team can examine the problem for future design improvements. You might call the Customer Service number below and talk with them about your options seeing how it was a 2018 bag and not something real old. It will be hard to find anything "after market" to match but someone could conceivably be "parting out" a bag on eBay so you might look there. Good luck.
