    I LOVE, LOVE products of Titleist and Foot JOY -- made a purchase of the new shoes advertised and thought they'd be great which they were until being at Golfing Range and realized that one of the spikes came completely off shoe---VERY DISAPPOINTED because i've only worn them 6 times. Would LOVE to know if this happen to anyone elese?

    Team Titleist is not the place to get an issue resolved with FootJoy, but fortunately, as a FootJoy Ambassador, I can point you in the right direction. To answer your question, I currently have seven pair in my rotation of FJ shoes, going back three seasons and I have never had this issue. With any brand there can potentially be one bad apple in the millions in the barrel and that is why FJ is noted for it's customer service.

    I have over 20 pair of Pro/SLs and have been wearing that model since they were introduced without any issues. I would call FootJoy customer service. They are very helpful and I would expect you may get a replacement pair.

    I'm sure FJ Customer Service will assist you with getting the issue resolved. The FJ Pro/SL is the best golf shoe out there!
