I am a relatively new golfer; this is my 2nd full year playing. I was playing Saturday, June 19th with father, my brother, his friend and four of my father's friends in a Father's Day weekend outing.

My first ever hole in one came on the 140 yard, par 3, 13th hole at Amherst Country Club in Amherst, NH. I used my Titleist 8-iron and a Titleist Velocity, #1 ball.

Tee shot went directly towards the hole after I hit it. It landed on the green about 6 feet from the hole, bounced once and rolled straight in.

Thrilling.
