    Hey does anyone know if you can get a black putter shaft put in from the custom shop?

    No you can't, I tried. Only reserved for tour models is what i was told.

    You can purchase a putter with a black shaft at either of the SC Galleries in California or Tokyo....assuming one is in stock that given day. Hold on to your wallet through starting prices around $800 and go up to $10,000.

    There are other restoration places that offer same services as the custom shop and you can get a black shaft put in.

    some of the 'non official' putter shops will do a black shaft for you

    or you could always buy a roll of heat shrink tubing and have that put over your current shaft for a non permanent black shaft at a fraction of the price of buying a new shaft
