So a few months ago I posted how i went to get a TPI assessment. After the assessment my score was HIGH, like 22 or 23 i forget.. Basically that's your handicap.. My golf hcp is definitely not that high... Anyways, after that assessment I was given exercises to follow on TPI.com to help my weak areas. Well, I did 95% of the exercises....

I work at a hospital so a few weeks ago I got an email that our PT dept. was giving free TPI assessments for the start of golf season. So I figured what the heck, lets see if I've proven any. Well sure enough all those exercises provided by TPI has paid off. My score was low, an 8 which is around my golf handicap. I was definitely happy to see those TPI exercises paid off. I'm still weak in the hip area (mobility) so i'll be getting exercises to concentrate on that area...

Anyways thought I would share. TPI is the real deal...

Great news, Speedy! Congrats! I did a TPI physical assessment a few years ago and you've inspired me to keep up on the work and exercises. #TeamTitleist

Wow, that is pretty cool, Speedy! It's good that you have had access to TPI at your place of work. More importantly is that you were able to test and measure the work you've put in which gave you feedback with an improved report and/or now up to par with your current golfing abilities. Also, not to mention that it gave you feedback on where you'll need more of to work on and go forward with it.

More power to you! (no pun intended, but I actually think it came off pretty cool :-)

Please keep us up to date with your progress. We, (at least I would), would love to follow your progress, if you don't mind. I'm rooting for you.

Play well this weekend if you're going out.

Pretty cool. Lowering that handicap is great. (8) for TP18

    Good work!
I’ve been working with a TPI plan for a year. We haven’t scored it, but clearly I have added several degrees of rotation to my hip & torso turn. I’ve added at least a club and before 210-215 was a solid drive, now a 235 is not uncommon. So even approaching 70, it helps. Needless to say, if I can do this with a sedentary job, I disagree that the ball is the problem. We have better athletes. ...Like Speedy.
