If it was local you would need to take it to their pro shop. Most golf bags only have a one year warranty. Retail golf stores do not carry these bags. When Titleist said a proshop, the meant a golf course proshop and most likely they will want to see a receipt. Call your friend and see if they can help you out in contacting the proshop where they purchased it.<div style="clear:both;"></div>
