Well, I'm way past my prime (collecting social security), but I thought I was in pretty good shape. I just returned from a short summer vacation to visit my grandson and I played a little hoops with him. He ran circles around me. I thought I was in good shape, enough where I can play golf without huffing and puffing. I usually jog/walk couple of miles per day.

I'm just wondering how you older ladies and gentlemen fare? Do yunz still hit the gym, run, jog, lift weights as we try to find the fountain of youth.

Or is Golf your only exercise. Stay Healthy. and always use Titleist in your exercise routine..

Prefer the word, experienced. After years of playing years of sports, working on a farm, working around chemicals, living in the south, and not really taking good care of myself, it has finally caught up. Wish I had the energy and ability to walk and play this wonderful game we call golf. At the wonderful age of 78 just love being out and playing. My neurosurgeon, urologist and pulmonologist all say hop on that cart and enjoy the game. Have been going thru physical therapy for my lower back but the pain limits that. Just trying to enjoy the game regardless of the score. Something tough to accept, having been a walker and very active all my life. Golf seems to be it for me right now.

I consider myself in decent shape for being 63 (64 in August). I did a TPI assessment back in March and have been trying to get more consistent in my use of the exercise program that they came up with. Also trying to include some pushups and resistance band stuff. It helps that my job still has requires some physical exertion even though I am in management now. Age still tries to slow me down though. It seems that more things hurt after I work out as time goes by. Tylenol is your friend as you get older.
