Women of Titleist:
Chloe Robinson

The women who make up the Titleist community share more than a commitment to the game—they bring a higher standard to everything Titleist stands for. This is where we tell their stories...

Chloe Robinson is a Technical Player Relations Representative on the LPGA Tour, working directly with the best players in the world to make them even better. But before she ever stepped inside the Titleist Tour Truck, Robinson was earning her place in international sports as a member of Great Britain’s field hockey team. A two-time Olympian and bronze medalist at the 2012 London Games, Robinson spent nearly a decade representing her country at the highest level.

But even while field hockey was front and center, golf had always been part of Robinson’s life. She became one of the youngest ever finalists in the Daily Telegraph Junior Golf Championship in 2000. She won the Essex Ladies Championship in 2004. In 2007 (the same summer she was qualifying for the Beijing Olympics), she won the BUSA Women’s Individual Strokeplay Championship. For most of her athletic career, Robinson wasn’t choosing between two sports—she was excelling in both.

Whether she was competing on the field or on the course, her skill was only ever outshined by her determination and dedication to both crafts. Through her tireless work ethic and push to get better each day, Robinson demonstrated that when you put in the work behind the scenes, reaching peak performance naturally follows.

When it eventually came time to step away from field hockey, returning to golf was a natural pivot. She took on the challenge of full-time competitive golf, testing herself in the amateur circuit before earning her PGA Professional qualification and joining Titleist as a fitting specialist in 2017.

Now, she’s the one helping elite athletes chase peak performance of their own. Week in and week out, she’s fitting the top LPGA players, dialing in their specs, and solving the technical problems that help them rise to the top of their game. For Robinson, it’s a different arena than the one she competed in, but the standard she holds herself to hasn’t changed.

And if you ask her what carried over from field hockey, it’s not only the competitiveness or the medal-winning mentality—it’s the community mindset that golf creates. Robinson came from a team sport, and she found her way back to one as an essential part of Titleist’s team on Tour.

It’s people like Robinson who define what it means to be part of Titleist. Her story is just one example of how the women who make up the golf community make it stronger.
