When i hit it, i knew it was a good shot but couldnt see it because of the sun. I thought i had it it over the hole, and so did my witness. We searched for about 3-4 minutes and i said "ill check the hole just in case". Well as i peered in i saw a little white flash reflecting off of the sun and i took another look and saw my titleist Prov1x happily resting at the bottom.
It was a great feeling to get a hole in one it was a nice draw on to the gren and 1 bounce it went in . 153 yards to the pin I use my titleist 8 iron, and provx ball

I have just turned 55 on the 16th of December. December 18th I was playing with three friends, Don Sasser, Mark Mullier and College golfer Stephanie. We were playing the blue tees and arrived at the 165 yard par 3 #6 at the Sammy Baugh Golf Course in Snyder, Texas. I selected a 5 iron for the shot and teed up my titleist ball, one of the players stated that he would bet a coke that he would win the honors on the next hole. I quickly accepted the challenge and started on my pre-shot routine. When I struck the ball it appeared to be a great shot, one of the guys stated while the ball was in flight, "that's got a chance". It was a high shot headed directly at the pin, the ball hit the green about one foot in front of the hole, jumped forward and then started rolling back towards the hole. We watched from the tee box as the ball disappeared into the hole for the hole in one. The player that made the bet stated "I'm not going to bet you again" and then gave me the traditional high five. This was my second hole in one, hopefully not my last.
