It was windy on the par 3 #14 at Kenny Perry's Country Creek on Sunday, April 21, 2013. Usually I would hit a 9 iron on this 160 yard hole, but I chose 8 iron since the wind was pretty strong. I knew I had hit a good shot, but the green was hard to see because of how bright the sun was. We get up to the green, and I don't see my ball. Then I see a big divot about 6 feet in front of the hole. Sure enough, there was the ball sitting in the bottom of the cup. Best feeling ever. I guess you could say I'm hooked for life now.
